To this end, Peter Tennant, president of Tennant/Wallace Architects is a LEED Accredited Professional. Tennant/Wallace has a demonstrated ability to address sustainability, energy efficiency, functionality, aesthetics, and appropriateness to a given site, while simultaneously meeting the clients' budget parameters. Tennant/Wallace Architects is selective about the projects that they undertake in order to be able to meet the needs of the client and assure that the client will be dealing directly with a principal in the firm throughout the project. Mr. Tennant (B.Arch and M.Arch, Montana State University) is the president of Tennant/Wallace Architects AIA PA in Manchester, NH. In his 25 years of professional experience he has overseen and been responsible for a wide variety of projects including libraries, Town offices, community centers, medical office facilities, movie theaters, office buildings, retail facilities, school renovations, historical buildings, and intermodal facilities. As a large share of the work he has been involved with involves public (town, city, state, and federal) funding, he has developed a strong ability to produce documents that can withstand the rigors of open public bidding. Aside from his architectural registrations, Mr. Tennant is, and has been, LEED AP for several years.
